CUSTOMERS BILL OF RIGHTS

In general, we are ladies and gentlemen servicing other ladies and gentlemen. With that in mind, our customers feel valued, our employees feel respected and if any disagreement should arise, it will be resolved with fairness and respect.

The customer bill of right is compilation of 'Asks' that our customers have the right to. Some of the 'Asks' are not free, but at least, we want the customers to know about them and ask for them if needed.
