CONFIRMATION FOR WALLCOVERING WORK
Please note that you are now confirmed for your wallcovering installation. PLEASE SEE THE LATEST INVOICE WE EMAILED YOU FOR YOUR SCHEDULED INSTALL DATE.
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS LET US KNOW BEFORE WE START WORK. BY ALLOWING START WORK, YOU AGREE TO OUR TERMS & CONDITIONS.
ARRIVAL: Please note that although we will try our best to arrive at your scheduled time of arrival. Often times we are working on multiple jobs on the same day. The best that we can do is offer you an ESTIMATED time of arrival. However, you can call for estimated times of arrival as we work our way through the day.
JOB SCOPE:—Please see invoice line items for the agreed upon works to be done and the prices.
—Anything outside of the job scope and not listed in the line items of your invoice will be priced separately and proposed to you for approval.
—Installing Wallcovering in a room or single wall DOES NOT include installing Wallcovering on the ceiling. Installing wallpaper on ceilings is priced separately.
—DURING WALLPAPER INSTALLATION OR RELATED WORK, CERTAIN ISSUES SUCH AS WALL DEFECTS (WE CAN NOT KNOW WHAT'S INSIDE OR BEHIND WALLS) MAY ARISE WHICH MAY RESULT IN PRICE CHANGES. WHICH WILL BE SUBMITTED TO YOU FOR APPROVAL.
—UNLESS SPECIFIED IN THE LINE ITEMS OF INVOICE THE PRICE IN THIS INVOICE DOES NOT INCLUDE WALL PREP AND DOES NOT INCLUDE WALL SKIMMING.
WALL PREP IS FOR SLIGHTLY DAMAGED SURFACES. WALL PREP INVOLVES THE FOLLOWING ACTIONS: PLASTERING PATCHES OF DAMAGED AREAS, SANDING THE PLASTER & PRIMING THE WALLS.
WALL SKIMMING IS FOR HIGHLY DAMAGED SURFACES. IT INVOLVES RESURFACING THE ENTIRE SURFACES WITH PLASTER, SANDING & PRIMING.
—WE COST BY THE PROJECT NOT BY THE HOUR. WALLPAPER INSTALLATION IS ART. A JOB THAT COULD TAKE DAYS TO AN AMATEUR INSTALLER, WE MAY DO IT IN HOURS. IF YOU THINK THAT YOU WHO WILL TRY TO REVISE THE AGREED PRICE, PLEASE CALL TO CANCEL.
WE ARE VERY EXPERIENCED AND EACH HOUR WE SPEND ON YOUR PROJECT IS BACKED BY THOUSANDS OF HOURS WORTH OF EXPERIENCE. WE SELL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND TIME. BECAUSE WE SELL TIME, IN CASE A CUSTOMER IS OUT OF WALLCOVERING FOR THE PROJECT, AN ADDITIONAL $100 PER EXTRA VISIT WILL BE INVOICED TO YOU. THIS IS SIMILAR TO WHEN YOU MISS YOUR DOCTOR'S APPOINTMENT WITHOUT A 24 HOUR NOTICE.

—IN SOME INSTANCES AFTER INSTALL WALLPAPER DOES NOT STAY ON WALLS DUE TO EXISTING WALL CONDITIONS THAT CAN NOT BE KNOWN BECAUSE YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT COULD BE THE CONDITIONS INSIDE AND BEHIND THE DRYWALL SUCH AS MOISTURE IN THE DRYWALL, INNER LEAK OR PRIOR PAINTS USED ON THE WALLS BY OTHER PAINTERS, ETC. IN THESE INSTANCES WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR REIMBURSING THE WALLCOVERING COST & WORKMANSHIP.
PAYMENT:—We will only accept payment by credit/debit cards. It is easy to pay: just open the invoice email to securely pay with your credit card online using your smart phone or computer. TECHNICIANS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO LEAVE JOB SITE PREMISES UNTIL PAYEMENT IS CONFIRMED. THIS PAYMENT RULE APPLIES EVEN IN CASE YOU RUN OUT OF WALLPAPER, YOU MUST PAY YOUR FULL INVOICE.
—If we arrive at your job site OR if we start doing your work and you are short of wallpaper or do not have it at all, you will be charged an extra $100 travel fee to return to finish or do your job. This is a courtesy fee we offer our clients and It is only fair because it costs the company more than $100 to return to a job.
TOOLS:—WE PROVIDE ALL TOOLS OF THE WALLCOVERING INSTALLATION TRADE. EXCEPT FOR SCAFFOLDS AND CONSTRUCTION SITE ELEVATORS.
MATERIALS COST:—THE ONLY MATERIAL INCLUDED IN THE PRICE OF THE INVOICE IS THE WALLPAPER ADHESIVE. ANY OTHER MATERIALS NEEDED MUST BE PAID FOR BY THE JOB OWNER OR CUSTOMER.
—Customers must provide and pay for their own wallcovering. The cost of wallcovering is always paid by the customers.
—3-YEAR WARRANTYOUR WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER DAMAGES DUE TO WATER LEAKS & MAN-MADE ACTIONS SUCH AS TEARING OR FRAYING OVER TIME DUE TO TRAFFIC OR AIR VENTS. CORNER GUARDS MUST BE INSTALLED TO KEEP THE WARRANTY VALID. CORNER GUARDS ARE SELF ADHESIVE, TRANSPARENT AND VERY DISCREET TO THE EYE.
—WALLCOVERING INSURANCE if your WALLCOVERING is damaged during the installation process or is not installed correctly, we may refund you up to 50% of the total cost of the wallcovering. NOT to exceed $1000. Whichever price is lower. Under NO condition will the wallcovering insurance refund exceed $1000. We only refund wallcovering cost, if our installers make a mistake in the installation process. Our wallcovering insurance does NOT apply and NO wallcovering refund will be issued if the customer runs out of wallcovering and asks our installer to use patches of wallcovering to complete the installation. Wallcovering insurance applies for one installation only. If we refund a customer for wallcovering once and the same customer asks us again to install the wallcovering. In this case the customer is NOT eligible for a second wallcovering insurance refund. Wallcovering insurance covers wallcovering removal and wall prep or wall skimming. It is billed at $3 per square foot of wall area up to $1000. Whichever amount is lower. Under no condition will Shotcount be responsible for more than $1000 in Wallcovering removal, wall prep or wall skimming cost.

The following constitute the conditions that will govern any wallcovering installation that Shotcount, or any of its subsidiaries henceforth ‘The Company’ or collectively referred to as ‘The Companies’ agrees to effectuate. They are absolute.
The company is never responsible for obtaining any work, construction permits or authorizations from building management, Home Owner Association (HOA) and authorizations from local, state or federal agencies. It is the sole responsibility of the home owner, project owner or representative of the job owner to obtain such permitting and or construction authorizations from building management, Home Owner Association (HOA), local, state and federal authorities.
Company will proceed to provide wallcovering services under the good faith belief that Customer is owner or at least an authorized agent of the owner of the premises where the wallcovering installation takes place. It is highly advisable that ALL CASH, JEWELRY AND VALUABLE ITEMS SHOULD NOT BE LEFT UNATTENDED BY THE CUSTOMER AT ANY TIME as The Company will not be responsible for the loss of cash, jewelry, cameras or any other items of value. The company will exert reasonable effort to move furniture and home appliances to make room for wallcovering installation. The company reserves the right to move furniture or home appliances. Under no circumstances will The Company assume responsibility for the mechanical malfunctions of pianos, radios, phonographs, clocks, mechanical refrigerators, automatic washers, dryers, freezers, TVs or other instruments or appliances. Under no circumstances will The Company assume responsibility for loss or damage to information or data contained in computers, laptops, PDA’s, cameras, camcorders, hard drives, disks, zip drives, floppies, memory cards, memory sticks or any other format for any reason whatsoever. Although rare, despite the company’s best efforts considering the given circumstances on any given day, there are times that the Company may not arrive within the customer’s allocated time frame. There is no change, modification, alteration nor negotiation for lowering the prices due to late arrival. We understand that customers are many times subject to stringent time constraints and we endeavor to arrive as close to within your estimated time of arrival as possible. However, there are no guarantees.—————————————————
