Wallpaper Installation in Bethesda, MD

Request Installation QuoteCall (888) 948-SHOT

Washington DC area service locations

Shotcount installs wallpaper in Bethesda and nearby North Bethesda for homeowners, designers, and renovation teams. We help plan accent walls, complete rooms, ceilings, and panel murals around the selected material and the existing surface.

Custom murals: review the wall before ordering

Send the wall width and height, the proposed mural design, and photographs showing doors, windows, and trim. Review the image crop and panel plan before the supplier prints the order. Shotcount’s role is installation and preparation; confirm artwork, proofs, manufacturing, and delivery directly with the material supplier.

Powder rooms and bathrooms

Material suitability depends on ventilation, expected moisture exposure, and the manufacturer’s requirements. Tell us whether the room includes a shower and identify any areas that receive splashes. Wallpaper selection and surface preparation should reflect the actual use of the room.

Bedrooms, ceilings, and connected rooms

Mark the surfaces to be covered and identify any design features that should align with the pattern. A ceiling installation also requires a plan for light fixtures and access. For connected rooms, provide the finish schedule so transitions can be discussed with the designer.

Serving Bethesda and North Bethesda

Include the full project address when requesting service. We also discuss installations in Chevy Chase, Potomac, Rockville, and surrounding suburban Maryland communities. Dates and access are confirmed for the individual project.

Do I need the wallpaper before requesting an estimate?

You can contact us while planning. A product link, dimensions, and photos allow a more useful discussion than room size alone. Review quantities and installation instructions before purchasing, especially for murals or large pattern repeats.

From the initial conversation to cleanup

Ken’s account covers both the discussion with Ben and the installation visit. He highlighted punctuality and courtesy as well as the completed accent wall and cleanup. Those are useful points to consider when choosing a wallpaper installer in Bethesda: the project includes communication and care for the room as well as hanging the material.

Planning an accent wall of your own? Send the wallpaper product link, wall measurements and a room photo so we can discuss placement and preparation. Request a Bethesda wallpaper installation quote.

Downtown Bethesda, Westbard and nearby homes

For an apartment or condominium in downtown Bethesda, include the building’s contractor access instructions and any elevator reservation requirements. For a house in the Bethesda area or near Westbard, photographs of existing wallpaper, painted walls and trim help define preparation before hanging.

Bathrooms and compact powder rooms benefit from photos of the vanity, mirror, fixtures and door openings. These details help us discuss pattern placement and access without assuming the room is a simple rectangle. Include the complete address when enquiring about Bethesda or North Bethesda so the project location is clear.

Ken’s project below is confirmed as Bethesda; the neighborhood and exact wallpaper product are not documented in the review summary.

Shotcount may need to verify a request before acting on it.

17- United States State Privacy Rights

Residents of certain U.S. states may have additional rights under applicable state privacy laws. SHOTCOUNT WALLPAPER COMPANY WEBSITE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Effective date: August 15, 2026

01- Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or using the Shotcount Wallpaper Company website, requesting information, submitting a project inquiry, requesting an estimate, communicating with us through website forms, chat, email, telephone, or other website features, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our applicable privacy practices. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

02- About Shotcount Wallpaper Company

Shotcount Wallpaper Company provides professional wallpaper and wallcovering-related services, including installation, removal, wall preparation, repairs, consultation, project coordination, and other related services that may be offered from time to time. Information on the website is provided for general informational and marketing purposes and does not by itself create a contract for services.

03- Estimates, Quotes, and Proposals

Any pricing, ranges, examples, promotional pricing, or other cost information displayed on the website is informational unless expressly identified as a binding written proposal. Final pricing may depend on field conditions, measurements, wallcovering type, pattern, material condition, wall preparation, access, ceiling height, installation complexity, travel, scheduling, and other project-specific requirements. A project becomes subject to a service agreement only when the applicable proposal, estimate, work order, or other written agreement is accepted in accordance with its terms.

04- Site Visits, Measurements, and Project Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate project information. Measurements, photographs, drawings, quantities, product information, and descriptions submitted through the website may be used for preliminary estimating. Shotcount may require an on-site inspection, additional photographs, product specifications, or other information before confirming scope, price, scheduling, or installation requirements.

05- Wallcovering Materials

Unless expressly stated in a written agreement, the customer is responsible for ensuring that sufficient wallcovering material is available for the project. Dye-lot variation, printing variation, manufacturing defects, pattern irregularities, dimensional instability, shading, natural-material variation, and other characteristics originating with a wallcovering manufacturer are outside Shotcount’s control. Installation does not constitute a manufacturer’s warranty.

06- Surface and Site Conditions

Successful wallcovering installation depends on suitable wall and site conditions. Hidden defects, moisture, mold, structural movement, defective drywall, incompatible coatings, contamination, previous adhesive, improperly prepared surfaces, or other concealed conditions may require additional work and may affect schedule and cost. Shotcount may suspend work when conditions are unsuitable for proper or safe installation.

07- Scheduling and Access

Scheduling is subject to availability and may depend on receipt of required approvals, deposits, materials, site readiness, and other project requirements. Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the work area. Delays caused by inaccessible areas, incomplete construction, missing materials, other trades, building restrictions, utilities, weather, or conditions outside Shotcount’s reasonable control may require rescheduling.

08- Deposits, Payments, Cancellations, and Rescheduling

Deposits, payment schedules, cancellation terms, rescheduling charges, and refund eligibility are governed by the specific written proposal, invoice, booking confirmation, or service agreement applicable to the project. Website submission of an inquiry alone does not reserve an installation date unless Shotcount expressly confirms the reservation.

09- Promotions

Promotions, discounts, and special offers may be subject to eligibility requirements, booking periods, service-area limitations, size limitations, exclusions, availability, and other stated conditions. Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined and have no cash value. Shotcount may correct typographical or pricing errors and may modify or discontinue a promotion where permitted by law.

10- Website Communications

When you submit contact information through the website, you authorize Shotcount to respond to your inquiry using the contact methods you provide. Marketing communications, where applicable, are subject to the consent choices and opt-out mechanisms provided with those communications. Submission of a form does not guarantee acceptance of a project or availability on a particular date.

11- Website Content and Intellectual Property

The website and its original text, branding, logos, graphics, layouts, photographs, videos, designs, and other content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws and may not be copied, reproduced, republished, distributed, modified, or commercially exploited without permission, except as permitted by law. Third-party trademarks and materials remain the property of their respective owners.

12- Customer-Submitted Content

If you submit photographs, plans, drawings, messages, specifications, or other materials, you represent that you have the right to provide them for purposes related to your inquiry or project. You grant Shotcount permission to use such materials internally as reasonably necessary to evaluate, quote, coordinate, document, or perform the requested services. Any separate use for advertising or portfolio purposes should be governed by applicable consent or agreement.

13- Third-Party Websites and Services

The website may contain links to third-party websites, social-media platforms, payment processors, scheduling services, manufacturers, designers, or other providers. Shotcount does not control those third parties and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, privacy practices, products, or services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and policies.

14- Website Availability and Accuracy

Shotcount seeks to keep website information accurate and useful, but does not warrant that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, current, or free of harmful components. Images may appear differently depending on lighting, photography, screens, materials, and site conditions. Website photographs and project examples are illustrative and do not guarantee identical results.

15- Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its informational content are provided on an ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ basis. Shotcount disclaims warranties relating solely to website use except warranties that cannot legally be excluded. Any warranty applicable to contracted installation services will be governed by the written agreement for those services.

16- Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shotcount will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising solely from use of, or inability to use, the website. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Liability relating to contracted services is governed by the applicable written service agreement and controlling law.

17- Prohibited Website Use

You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation or security, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape or harvest information in violation of law, impersonate another person, submit fraudulent inquiries, infringe intellectual-property rights, or use the website for unlawful purposes.

18- Privacy

Personal information collected through the website should be handled in accordance with Shotcount’s Privacy Policy and applicable law. These Terms should be read together with the website’s Privacy Policy. Where required, cookie or tracking technologies should be addressed through an appropriate cookie notice or consent mechanism.

19- Service Areas and Availability

References to geographic service areas do not guarantee that every project within a listed area will be accepted. Project acceptance may depend on location, scope, schedule, access, material, staffing, and other factors. Shotcount may accept or decline project inquiries at its discretion, subject to applicable law and existing contractual obligations.

20- Changes to These Terms

Shotcount may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms become effective when posted on the website unless a different effective date is stated. Changes do not retroactively alter an existing signed service agreement unless permitted by that agreement and applicable law.

21- Governing Law

These Terms should be interpreted under the laws applicable to the Shotcount entity operating the website and the jurisdiction identified in the company’s final legal review, without giving effect to conflict-of-law principles where legally permissible. Because Shotcount may serve customers in multiple jurisdictions, this clause should be confirmed by qualified counsel before publication.

Questions concerning these Terms and Conditions may be directed to Shotcount Wallpaper Company through the contact information published on the official Shotcount website.
