Wallcovering references: TWC-9665.

Project background and design credit

From The Wallpaper Company’s project account:

In upscale coastal residences like Three Thousand Island Boulevard (Aventura, FL 33160), master bathroom suites are designed to feel like private, five-star spa retreats. However, high-rise bath renovations often face a recurring visual challenge: vast expanses of smooth white cabinetry, polished porcelain floors, and crisp ceilings can leave a room feeling overly clinical and cold if the walls lack warmth and motion.

Double-Height Foyer Wallpaper at Oasis Park Square, Doral

Wallcovering references: GUH56738.

Project background and design credit

From The Wallpaper Company’s project account:

Double-height entryways are the crown jewel of modern luxury architecture, creating an immediate sense of scale, light, and grandeur. However, two-story foyers also present significant design hurdles: expansive, multi-story drywall runs can easily look cold, echoes can linger, and high vertical planes risk making expensive living spaces feel empty rather than welcoming.

Chevron Powder Room Wallpaper at Aria Reserve

Luxury powder room wallcoverings in Edgewater Miami pattern TWC0513 seafoam blue chevron wallpaper installed behind a floating white vanity, frameless mirror, and brushed gold faucet at Aria Reserve. Shotcount Wallpaper Company

Wallpaper installation by Shotcount.

Wallcovering references: TWC0513.

Project background and design credit

From The Wallpaper Company’s project account:

Compact powder rooms in high-rise luxury towers—such as Aria Reserve (Miami, FL 33137)—present a common architectural puzzle. With limited square footage, minimal natural light, and clean-lined modern vanities, plain painted drywall can leave the space feeling boxed in and utilitarian. Introducing an energetic, multi-dimensional pattern is the most effective way to expand visual boundaries and turn a small secondary bath into a memorable design statement.

From The Wallpaper Company’s project account:

In sprawling luxury high-rise developments—such as One Park Tower by Turnberry (North Miami Beach, FL 33181)—achieving a cohesive interior aesthetic presents a unique design opportunity. Applying individual accent patterns from room to room can sometimes leave open-concept layouts feeling fragmented. When a client desires a unified, warm, and elevated sanctuary throughout their entire floor plan, specifying a versatile, tactile wall treatment is key.

Vinyl Wallcoverings in a Palmetto Bay Primary Bathroom

Primary bathroom in Palmetto Bay featuring TWC2120 cocoa faux-grasscloth 52-inch high-performance vinyl wallcovering installed behind a white quartz vanity with a matte black faucet.Shotcount Wallpaper Company

Wallpaper installation by Shotcount.

Wallcovering references: TWC2120.

Project background and design credit

From The Wallpaper Company’s project account:

Primary bathroom suites in South Florida present a tough design balance: homeowners want the tactile, organic warmth of natural woven grasscloth, but high humidity from soaking tubs and daily showers can compromise traditional natural fibers over time. Furthermore, narrower 20-inch or 27-inch rolls result in numerous vertical seams that can prematurely lift or show moisture wear near water sources.

Project background and design credit

From The Wallpaper Company’s project account:

Contemporary open-concept kitchens in luxury high-rises—like those at One Park Tower (North Miami, FL 33181)—rely on clean lines, continuous textures, and seamless millwork integrations. However, kitchens also require essential functional infrastructure: electrical sub-panels, smart-home access hatches, light switches, and built-in appliance frames. Left uncovered on plain drywall, utility hatches create an eyesore right next to custom cabinetry and high-end built-in appliances.

Designing a powder room in a luxury high-rise like Grovenor House (Coconut Grove, FL 33133) demands a bold balance between architectural drama and warm material luxury. However, working with contrasting high-end materials—such as veined, book-matched stone slabs and metallic wall textures—presents significant installation challenges in tight, multi-angled floor plans.

Shotcount Wallpaper Company provides professional wallpaper and wallcovering-related services, including installation, removal, wall preparation, repairs, consultation, project coordination, and other related services that may be offered from time to time. Information on the website is provided for general informational and marketing purposes and does not by itself create a contract for services.

03- Estimates, Quotes, and Proposals

Any pricing, ranges, examples, promotional pricing, or other cost information displayed on the website is informational unless expressly identified as a binding written proposal. Final pricing may depend on field conditions, measurements, wallcovering type, pattern, material condition, wall preparation, access, ceiling height, installation complexity, travel, scheduling, and other project-specific requirements. A project becomes subject to a service agreement only when the applicable proposal, estimate, work order, or other written agreement is accepted in accordance with its terms.

04- Site Visits, Measurements, and Project Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate project information. Measurements, photographs, drawings, quantities, product information, and descriptions submitted through the website may be used for preliminary estimating. Shotcount may require an on-site inspection, additional photographs, product specifications, or other information before confirming scope, price, scheduling, or installation requirements.

05- Wallcovering Materials

Unless expressly stated in a written agreement, the customer is responsible for ensuring that sufficient wallcovering material is available for the project. Shotcount may suspend work when conditions are unsuitable for proper or safe installation.

07- Scheduling and Access

Scheduling is subject to availability and may depend on receipt of required approvals, deposits, materials, site readiness, and other project requirements. Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the work area. Delays caused by inaccessible areas, incomplete construction, missing materials, other trades, building restrictions, utilities, weather, or conditions outside Shotcount’s reasonable control may require rescheduling.

08- Deposits, Payments, Cancellations, and Rescheduling

Deposits, payment schedules, cancellation terms, rescheduling charges, and refund eligibility are governed by the specific written proposal, invoice, booking confirmation, or service agreement applicable to the project. Website submission of an inquiry alone does not reserve an installation date unless Shotcount expressly confirms the reservation.

09- Promotions

Promotions, discounts, and special offers may be subject to eligibility requirements, booking periods, service-area limitations, size limitations, exclusions, availability, and other stated conditions. Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined and have no cash value. Shotcount may correct typographical or pricing errors and may modify or discontinue a promotion where permitted by law.
