From The Wallpaper Company’s project account:

Standing atop Zaha Hadid’s iconic residential skyscraper, the private helipad level at One Thousand Museum (1000 Biscayne Blvd., Miami, FL 33132) represents the pinnacle of modern luxury design. Every surface in this high-altitude transition zone—connecting the sky-high helipad lobby to the adjacent Aquatic Center—must balance ultra-premium aesthetics with structural resilience.

Wallcovering references: TWC59442.

Project background and design credit

From The Wallpaper Company’s project account:

First impressions set the tone for any business. When clients step into a commercial reception area, the environment should immediately convey professionalism, modern design, and architectural warmth. Dark ceiling tiles, harsh linear LED strip lighting, and bare drywall can leave a lobby feeling stark and clinical if not balanced correctly with surrounding wall textures.

Wallcovering references: GUH42225.

Project background and design credit

From The Wallpaper Company’s project account:

Hallways are often the most overlooked transition zones in a home, yet they endure the heaviest foot traffic. Long, enclosed corridors lined with multiple doors can easily feel plain, cold, or tunnel-like when relying solely on flat wall paint. Furthermore, narrow residential passageways are notorious for showing scuffs, fingerprints, and uneven lighting glares.

From The Wallpaper Company’s project account:

Modern multi-family developments rely heavily on distinct, engaging amenity spaces to attract and retain residents. Flat paint and generic wall treatments often fail to capture the energy needed for high-traffic resident hubs like co-working lounges, fitness centers, pet spas, and game rooms.

From The Wallpaper Company’s project account:

First impressions in healthcare and medical wellness environments are crucial. A patient’s sense of comfort and trust begins the moment they step into the reception area. Sterile white walls or generic flat paint can make waiting rooms feel cold and institutional, missing an opportunity to put visitors at ease through soothing design. Wallpaper installation by Shotcount.

Wallcovering references: GUH56717.

Project background and design credit

From The Wallpaper Company’s project account:

Staircases are often the most underutilized architectural features in residential design. Spanning multiple floors, these towering vertical expanses draw immediate attention, yet they are notoriously difficult to decorate. Standard paint leaves multi-story stairwells feeling cavernous, echoey, and uninspired, while hanging framed artwork along a steep incline can quickly look cluttered.

Wallcovering references: TWC8010.

Project background and design credit

From The Wallpaper Company’s project account:

Bedrooms should serve as personal retreats—spaces designed for comfort, quiet relaxation, and effortless elegance. However, achieving a cozy yet luxurious atmosphere behind a master bed can be challenging. Standard flat wall paint often absorbs light unevenly, leaving large headboard accent walls looking dull or uninspired under evening lamp lighting.

From The Wallpaper Company’s project account:

Family rooms are the hardworking heart of modern South Florida homes, but high-traffic living spaces built around large glass windows present a unique set of interior design problems. Project background and design credit

From The Wallpaper Company’s project account:

Open-concept living rooms are a staple of luxury Florida living, but their expansive footprints often present a quiet interior design dilemma: without structural walls to divide areas, wide open spaces can feel floating and visually washed out. When monochromatic furniture, light flooring, and overhead skylights dominate a room, flat-painted walls fail to provide the grounding force needed to unify the layout.

From The Wallpaper Company’s project account:

First impressions set the tone for luxury high-rise living. Shotcount Wallpaper Company provides professional wallpaper and wallcovering-related services, including installation, removal, wall preparation, repairs, consultation, project coordination, and other related services that may be offered from time to time. Information on the website is provided for general informational and marketing purposes and does not by itself create a contract for services.

03- Estimates, Quotes, and Proposals

Any pricing, ranges, examples, promotional pricing, or other cost information displayed on the website is informational unless expressly identified as a binding written proposal. Final pricing may depend on field conditions, measurements, wallcovering type, pattern, material condition, wall preparation, access, ceiling height, installation complexity, travel, scheduling, and other project-specific requirements. A project becomes subject to a service agreement only when the applicable proposal, estimate, work order, or other written agreement is accepted in accordance with its terms.

04- Site Visits, Measurements, and Project Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate project information. Measurements, photographs, drawings, quantities, product information, and descriptions submitted through the website may be used for preliminary estimating. Shotcount may require an on-site inspection, additional photographs, product specifications, or other information before confirming scope, price, scheduling, or installation requirements.

05- Wallcovering Materials

Unless expressly stated in a written agreement, the customer is responsible for ensuring that sufficient wallcovering material is available for the project. Installation does not constitute a manufacturer’s warranty.

06- Surface and Site Conditions

Successful wallcovering installation depends on suitable wall and site conditions. Hidden defects, moisture, mold, structural movement, defective drywall, incompatible coatings, contamination, previous adhesive, improperly prepared surfaces, or other concealed conditions may require additional work and may affect schedule and cost. Shotcount may suspend work when conditions are unsuitable for proper or safe installation.

07- Scheduling and Access

Scheduling is subject to availability and may depend on receipt of required approvals, deposits, materials, site readiness, and other project requirements. Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the work area. Delays caused by inaccessible areas, incomplete construction, missing materials, other trades, building restrictions, utilities, weather, or conditions outside Shotcount’s reasonable control may require rescheduling.

08- Deposits, Payments, Cancellations, and Rescheduling

Deposits, payment schedules, cancellation terms, rescheduling charges, and refund eligibility are governed by the specific written proposal, invoice, booking confirmation, or service agreement applicable to the project. Website submission of an inquiry alone does not reserve an installation date unless Shotcount expressly confirms the reservation.

09- Promotions

Promotions, discounts, and special offers may be subject to eligibility requirements, booking periods, service-area limitations, size limitations, exclusions, availability, and other stated conditions. Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined and have no cash value. Shotcount may correct typographical or pricing errors and may modify or discontinue a promotion where permitted by law.

10- Website Communications

When you submit contact information through the website, you authorize Shotcount to respond to your inquiry using the contact methods you provide. Marketing communications, where applicable, are subject to the consent choices and opt-out mechanisms provided with those communications. Submission of a form does not guarantee acceptance of a project or availability on a particular date.

12- Customer-Submitted Content

If you submit photographs, plans, drawings, messages, specifications, or other materials, you represent that you have the right to provide them for purposes related to your inquiry or project. Any warranty applicable to contracted installation services will be governed by the written agreement for those services.

Shotcount may accept or decline project inquiries at its discretion, subject to applicable law and existing contractual obligations.

20- Changes to These Terms

Shotcount may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms become effective when posted on the website unless a different effective date is stated. Changes do not retroactively alter an existing signed service agreement unless permitted by that agreement and applicable law.

21- Governing Law

These Terms should be interpreted under the laws applicable to the Shotcount entity operating the website and the jurisdiction identified in the company’s final legal review, without giving effect to conflict-of-law principles where legally permissible.
